how can i fix my tread mill pro form ?

when i'm walking on it ,it will go fine for a minute then it stops.

does the motr stop or just the belt stop. if the belt stops and the motor keeps running then the belt has adjustments at the back of the treadmill that tighten the belt. they are on each side and need to be tightened the same amount.
