you can also try cleaning the compressor coils at the bottom in the back. I had a side by side that was not cooling and blew out the coils and it works great now. It may not be getting enough air circulation on the coils.

Your probably low on refridgerant gas due to a small leak in the pipe work. You will need to get someone to repair the leak & recharge the gas system.
