My treadmill is making a grinding rubbing sound, I think it needs a good servive and oil, but not sure how to do this. Are thee any engineers local to southend on sea who may come round to do this? Or any suggestions??

Hi I recently bought a KINGSTAR KMT - 1128B6 Threadmill, BELT SIZE: 2,562 x 415mm, WALKING AREA: 1200 x 400mm. Which has stopped working. At first the Speed minus botton kept pausing the threadmill instead of decreasing the speed and now i cannot get it to start. I screen comes on but the on/off & speed button have frozon. I Would really appreciate your help please.
