How can i keep it from sweating? These are Pella windows and I hve ground cover under the house. What may make them sweat along the bottoms of every window where the glass and the wood come together?

sorry but you will not stop this.may be cut it down,
firstly the timber is damp and probable never dry out,
cold air may be going thought the mortise joint from the cavity or between w/board and window, to smaller cavity between panes of glass, etc..
