How can I fix my cordless phone Binatone Veva 1210?

I can't make or receive any calls! Checked with Bt who told me the line its fine! I put the number in, dials and then nothing happens, completly silence. On the phone screen appears that we made the call but we can't hear nothing. What should I do?
