hi" i have been told to sit in the car with igniton on for 1 hr with the sterio swiched ON aswell, you must not let the sterio shut down or you will have to start over again. After this time swich it off again and go through the input sequence again and this should do the job because the 1hr swich on should allow the sterio to re-set it self.
or try sws solutions 08443 570600 they are back on the 5th jan 09 hope this helps
