mk4 fiesta fog light?

i have a t plate mk4 fiesta and cant get the fog light to work. ive done the obvious and checked the bulb and fuse. when i push the switch there is a click from behind the fusebox and have tried to locate a relay but there isnt one that i can find.

Might sound a bit obvious but you did have your lights ON when you checked the fog didn't you!
