I have a smeg integrated dish washer when i turn on any programme it tries to start but after a few secounds it stops and beeps twice this cycle continues until i open the door
I have now replaced the soap dispenser and the dishwasher is working properly. Whew!

I have the exact same problem with a Smeg DWI710. I believe the problem is a broken solenoid behind the soap dispenser. In order to fix it, it seems you need to replace the entire soap dispenser and this costs £40.
