how do i fit a single fuse by passsing the main fuse box in a mk 4 escort ?

my cars windows indicators and heater blowers have stoped working its not the fuses and the explination i can come up with is the fuse holder is corroded would this be right

Check relays before attempting anything so drastic as rewiring your car - three high-current circuits all defective - corroded fuse(s)? somewhat unlikely unless water damaged.
