hi depending on which model,you can obtain a replacement unit from Meadows & Passmore of Brighton but you may need to take a picture of the back plate from the clock and email it to above mentioned company,a phone call also will help to identify which unit you require and they have in the past helped me to fit the unit over the phone or they will advise on AN.OTHER who can help good luck
