My laminate floors are all dull, I have tried cleaning them with warm water and then used a product called SPRUCE for laminate, they are still DULL...how can I fix this????

I use an acrylic floor finish you can get at lows, its similar to a wax in a way but made for laminate floors we have to do it everyother week in order to keep it up but I run a long term care home which wheelchairs and walkers ruin it but it helps to protect the floors. They come in one gallon bottles
