MY PRO HEAT TURBO IS 3YRS OLD USED ABOUT 5 TIMES NOW IVE NOTICED THAT THE FRONT BRUSHES ARE NOT ROTATING, THE BELT IS FINE THE MOTOR COG IS JUST NOT SPINNING CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE
