I have a delonghi ed8525s sbd and the microwave is not working!?

I have a delonghi ed8525s sbd the oven and grill both work but the microwave wont heat or defrost.

What's going on please?

just fixed mine with same problem internal fuse gone near bottom remove outer case be careful it holds voltage even after unplugging fuse needed in fuseholder at bottom 5kva 0.7 amp available on ebay around £4
