It,s actually a torx head bolt,tap it first with a drift and a hammer,then get someone to hold the pulley with both hands then using the correct torx fitting and a ratchet undo the bolt.
When re-placing the bolt use a tiny amount of thread lock or stud and bearing lock on the thread of the bolt otherwise the spinning will make the bolt come undone.
