I have a true 400 series treadmill. Everything on it works except the belt will not start. I can move it manually but that's it. Does that mean the motor is bad? (incline motor works and all readouts and lights.)

Inside the motor there is a pulley, with use over time, that loosens. I have had that problem twice so far, on my third. Sears can generally fix it for about $100. I watched the repair guy do it last time, but it was a while ago, and I forgot what he did exactly.
