How can i fix my Zanussi ZDM 869 Double Oven?

Hello,

My main oven ist turning on at all although the lower oven is working perfectly. all other functions are working on the unit except the main oven. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Its not lighting up or heating up, there doesnt seem to be any action at all in the main oven. Although the lower oven works a treat. Lights and heats up fine.

if its not heating then it could be a straight forward heating element fault
