hotpoint mistral ff91/92/93?

the freezer is as normal reading _22deg the fridge is at +18 it will not set by the controls and is not cooling is this a thermostat problem

Yes this is a thermistior problem there are 3 of them fitted that need changing theses are located 2 in the freezer behind the back wall and the last one in the fridge light unit which is pluged into the lcd display
