E03 message ' unit in safequard mode' on JVC GR-D72?

Have'nt used the camera for a while. Tried to use for Granddaughter's nativity Play but 'EO3 error' displayed stating 'unit in safeguard mode'. Anyone any idea how to get it working again or name of reasonable repairer.

that means the tape is stuck if you don,t have a tape in there use a tape head cleaner should do the trick
