Heater model number?

I have a broken Creda heater storage with 7914 00258 on the label. I not sure what is the model number because I need to replace the fuse. Also, does anyone know what mostly will cause this heater broken? Can anyone help?
Thanks

I checked the fuse and it is working fine. Is there any other reason for the broken heater?

Also look here...

Three different fuses all with pictures... and part numbers...

Just match your fuse with one of the three pictures...

It's probably a thermal fuse - melts when gets too hot - often when clothes draped over vents etc...

The model number is probably 7914?

I see references to models 79141 / 79141C / 79141H

Fuse links info came from this UK site...
