My potterton boiler hot water led is not on. ?

The heating is on and the hot water is good when the heating is on. But when the heating is off the hot water does not come on. How do I fix the problem?

Graham I've got the same problem, I have to have the heat on for the upstairs hot water to work. Did you have any luck getting it fixed?
