help! Combi vokera compact 24 boiler?

i have no hot water, the heating is working but there is now no hot water coming of out any taps, in fact no water is coming out at all! Please help a distressed woman

check that the cold water supply tap on the 15mm pipe under the boiler has not been inadvertantly turned off.
