take the screw out of your handles and they will just slide off,check to see if the spindle has snapped,if it hasnt then you need a lockstrip,you will need to know what lockstrip is in your door so you can order 1 before getting door open as you will have a door that wont lock,or call a double glazing engineer or locksmith to sort for you,hope this helps
