i had a full kitchen installed less than 3 years ago. all my white goods were diplomat. in the first year the washing machine broke down 3 times, in the second year the dishwasher seal around the pcb leaked, this means a new dishwasher, in the third year the freezer has broken down (will not go cold) and last but not least, in the last three weeks the light on the fridge has gone out. this means in less than 3yrs. all my white good except my oven and fridge, are rendered useless. i feel this is unaceptable, and would like some sort of, help in either repairing where possible, or replacing. i spent all the spare cash i had in purchasing these items, and cannot afford to replace them. in short, i only have half a kitchen. i would appreciate your help in this matter. with thanks

You don't say what country you are in. I would go back to the shop & to the manufacturer & demand some sort of satisfactory result. Failing that ask around & find out if there is any consumer protection organisation in your area. Go have a talk with them.
