Maytag washer doesn't drain completely?

We have Stackable Matag washer model MHS2000AWW, style yooooooo. After a full washing cycle the clothes come out wet ofter and three is some soapy water remains in the washing tab. The pump is working as I can hear water being drained from the machine. I had disconnected and cleanded hoses from the tub to a pump and from the pump to a drain and drained water from the machine. But I still hear water splashing betwenn the washing tub and the machine frame, when I turn the tub by hand. When I assembled and run my machine again the problem was still there.

Thanks,

I have an ammana washer and clothes come out wet. It takes a couple of spin cycles to get the water pumped out. It seems to be pumping the water out, and the spin cycle works. what could be the problem?

It does drain completely. The washer has a balance ring that is filled with calcium chloride (Maytag Manual) solution. This ring has baffles inside withing the ring to allow fluid to disperse evenly within the ring to balance the washer. By rotating the spin basket, you can hear the fluid dispersing within the baffles of the balance ring. This sound is normal. This is not water from the tub that needs draining. Sounds like it however.

The wash basket has a liquid filled balance ring on it . this will sound like water splashing, also note it is very important to use HE rated detergent in all front load washers
