ideal elan 2 nf250?

when the boiler warms up about 20 mins it cuts out,the auto igition lights the pilot light but does not fire the main boiler, it clicks about 10-15 times before the main boiler fires up this keeps happening can anybody help thanks

solenoid sticking in the gas valve.
Or Thermocouple detecting pilot lit.

though the clicking suggests gas valve solenoid.

Expensive part 100-150, needs a gas engineer to fit. 1.5hr job
