My friend put my printer cartridge in crooked and it got stuck in the printer. We took it into Staples and the guy got it out. Got home, hooked it up and put in another cartridge. It jammed and now we can't get it out. How can I get it out without ruining the printer and having to travel into the next town and pay another $40 to get it removed?
