My beko auto washing machine won't pump out water so please would you would you let me know how to empty it manually and where the pump is situated?

my beko washing machine wont pump water out fills ok but wont empty .took hose off found what seems to be like a ping ball in hose,checked everything else but nothing else not pumping out still

i have just taken all the water out like you suggested and the was a penny stuck in it i have put it on spin and drain but im scared to put it on a wash incase it happens again.

i have only had my beko washing machine for about 6 months and it washes but wont pump water out or spin the door doesnt open. it sounds like it wants to pump but it doesnt do anything but just makes noise. can somebody help as i dont no what to do.

i took a hammer to mine and smashed it up then brought a new one job done !!!!

remove the filter at the bottom right corner.please note all the water will come out!.once the water has all come out shine a torch into the filter housing and you will see the drain pump impellor right at the back.usually something has jammed in the impellor and can be removed with a pair of long nosed pliers.use a long screwdriver to rotate the impellor.it should move around without to much effort if it is ok.
