i tried reset and keeping it plugged to my computer and everytime i ry to turn it on it shows the locked sign and the screen goes blank. help me now

Move the power switch to the left. When it's in the far-right position, the same switch locks the keys, so you can put it in your pocket without triggering the buttons.

When the keys are locked, the lock symbol shows up on the screen. If moving the switch on the upper-right-hand corner to the left doesn't remove the lock, then perhaps your switch is defective.

i don't get any sound when i play music. but when i turn the radio on i hear a radio sound.
whats the problem?
