Rotation of one Memory Drum - stiff?

After taking my Knitmaster 360 out of long term storage I have oiled relevant parts but have found that rotating one of the Memory Drums on the carriage to be very stiff. Any suggestions

the drums need to be removed and the shafts lubricated.

I have a knitmaster 360 and found that a little bit of WD40 did the trick on my automatic lace carriage memory drum, I just sprayed a little bit on the underneath and then took the carriage across the needle bed without any yarn in, it worked for me fingers crossed it does for you.
