we are very sorry, because we have lost the operating instructions of our telephone KH 5001. Could you please send us another copy of these operating instructions in german or spanish language either as paper copy to our home address :'Hildegard Werner, Trav. del Pi 38, 43007 Tarragona/Spain, or as electronic document (pdf) to our email address " hilwerner@hotmail.com ".

We have another problem too. The data on the screen or display is too weak or faint to be read. We have chected, that the batteries are new. Nevertheless we cannot read the letters on the display, even using the bottom for intensify the contrast. Could you give us, please, a piece of advice to solve this problem?

Weak display may arise if the the line does not provide enough power. This tens´ds to wear out the batteries quickly.

Apart from that, the contrast can be changed in the settings.
