No water out of hot and cold water taps?

There is no water coming out of the hot and cold water taps in the bath, the shower which runs off the mains is fine, the sink taps are fine and the kitchen sink is fine. Is this an air lock what can I do to fix it. Desperate single mother needs help.

ther is probably a blockage in the cold feed pipe from the storage tank to the cylinder.
