Toilet Flush. Cistern fills up but doesn't pass enough water to the siphon ?
I've adjusted the float to maximum fill depth, changed the flush arm to increase water to the siphon..now it will actuate if I raise the fill level by pushing the float down by hand. How can I adjust the float to give me a higher fill level?
