my LB button on my xbox 360 wireless controler is not working?

the LB button on my controller doesnt work. the RB works and you fel that click when you push it but the LB nutton you dont even feel it click. you have to push it real hard so it works. can you please help explain how i can fix it.thanx.

buy a new one nothing works i took mine apart put in a new button nothing the shop cant fix it i had to buy a new one
