just be aware that it is an expensive job to have done and if it has lost the gas have you had the leak fixed?.until you start vacuuming down the system you will not know for sure if it is in a repairable state and by this time you will have a big bill to pay and still have a faulty unit!!!.think carefully and ask about costs before going ahead/calling out someone with something like this
