euro locks?

How can I open my back door ,I have the key, but it turns the centre a full 360, and no matter which way I move the handle the door refuses to open.

its not a euro cylinder prob,its your lockstrip that is at fault,it could be you need a new one,but you wont know until your door is open,you can take glass or panel out and move door up and down and force it towards the hinge side to try and open,if it still wont open then lockstrip has failed
