Binatone Symphany 2210 Telephone?

I have a Binatone Symphony 2210 telephone which wont let BT 1571 work .It cuts in with (person not available please try later why is this happening?

The phone has an automatic answering machine (TAM) go into Menu, tab up to TAM, Ans ON/OFF, set to OFF and 1571 works.......I had the same problem, hope this helps !
