We have a dial tone, and as you can see, can get on the internet and call out, but no one can call in. It rings 1/2 ring and then disconnects. We switched phones and tried the old cord phones and it still does not work. Is this in our line or the phone company's line? and what else can we try?

you seem to have a rectified loop on the line as this only affects incoming calls.what you may find is the phone rings onceor twice and then stops but if you pick the phone up and the other person is still on the line it works.first unplug everything from all your sockets in the house and ring your home number from your mobile.if it still does the fault then go to the master point and disconnect any extensions/additional wires this way eliminatting any problems on your own equipment.ring it again and if the fault is still there it seems to be a line fault coming to your house
