My washing machine is not emptying the water out at the end of its wash cycle. I have drained the water off manually and removed the small dial at the bottom of the machine cleaned it out and blown through the pipes to clear it. There is a small propeller at the back of the drainage pipe which spins but is maing a racket when doing so. It sounds as though whatever spins it is slipping inside the propeller. any ideas what may be causing this. I had the same problem last year but had a quick mess around with it and it seemed to sort itself out.
