Water warm but not hot?

My nearly-new ravenheat combi works ok but the water does not get hot enough. Fitted new stat, got the dial up to max. What can I do? ygoodall@btinternet.com

did it work ok at first or has it always been a little slow?

could be too much flow need to check with weir gauge and check specs
