Same thing happened to me. Mine was fixed yesterday and it was annoyingly simple. At the top left of the fridge is a baffle which allows cold air in from the freezer then closes when the fridge is at the correct temperature. The spring had broken, causing the baffle to be permanently open. hence the fridge over-cooling. Good luck!
