Grand Jeep Cherokee immobilizer replacement?

Does anyone know where I can buy a new immobilizer key fob for my Jeep, apart from Jeep spares, as they are so expensive. I do have a spare but it does not seem to work even with new batteries. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
