The Haynes repair manual states that the pump is pressed into a sealing grommet toward the bottom of the reservoir. To get to the reservoir, you need to remove the radiator cooloant reservoir first. Are you sure the problem is in the pump? I have an inoperable windshield waher, too, but the wipers don't turn on either, making me think the problem is in the switch on the turn signal lever. For some time, the washer was intermittent, and I had to push extra hard. Now, it doesn't work at all, so I am going to try to rig a separate switch to the pump, since I don't want to try to replace the switch on the turn signal lever.
