NEFF oven u/s grill ok?

I have an oven which won't come on anymore. The grill is fine but no heat comes from the oven when I switch to oven mode. Can someone direct me to a repair or do I have to invest in a new appliance. (it is 8 yerars old)

just sounds like the main oven element has blown.there mounted in the back of the oven cavity
