Dent in my Neff Hob?

I have found a dent in my Neff Ceramic cooker, the hob is fine just a dent in the metal runner. Any thoughts on how i can get this repaired?

Neff oven has no temperature?

Instead of turning the Nut clockwise Neff oven I’ve turned it anti clockwise and now it keeps turning but won’t come off. Is it possible to remove this nut thanks?
