AEG OKO_FAVORIT 4220i wont cycle?

Please help,

My favorit 4220i will cycle from pre-wash to wash but then will not cycle any further. Also when I open front of washer after pre-wash the inside is still dry !?!?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
