Husqvarna 041 bar not oiling when cutting?

I replaced the bar and chain with a new one. When I remove the bar and clean it,it oils fine. When I replace the bar and start to cut into wood,it seems to clog up again. No oil comes out. There is something that stops the oil from getting to the bar.It oils fine with the bar off and the saw running.Any ideas?

Yes, I believe that I have the right bar on.It was installed by a service tech. and I was told and shown that it was oiling fine.I took it to the woods, and on my first tree ten minutes in,no oil coming out.Even with the original bar on it would oil fine till you started cutting.I quess thats why it's strange,I was hoping maybe there was some little part missing or not working properly on the saw.

sawdust stuck in bar rails. use a hacksaw blade to scrape out rails and poke wire in side holes.

have you fitted the right bar for the saw?
does the oil holes on the saw line up with the ones on the bar..? if its oiling ok when the bar is off I would have a look at the bar.
