i found that on a A701 although te gearbox/drive assembly is differet say to a a much later model the actual gears inside and their spacing are the same. I just replaced the main drive wheel over the bowl with a newer model's gear , that machine had a seixed up motor. the other parts and outer casings do not fit but several can be modified. I am not a technician just a man wit common sense.
