Oil leaking into bowl?

Hello, My KM200 has always leaked oil into the bowl even from new. Kenwood told me that it is normal and they use food grade oil! I have bought the new grease/oil to replace but it didn't come with any instructions.
Please can anyone give me instructions?

The oil you mention is in fact melted grease from the gearbox. Replacing the grease is a complicated and difficult task that involves stripping down the machine and gearbox. May be worth getting an expert engineer to perform the work
