Should there be a DC resistance on this valve? It's marked as a Honeywell VK115V in the manual. Using both digital and analogue metering I'm registering an open circuit on the input terminals.

Boiler not firing; electrode is arcing and there is a DC voltage of 110 at the gas valve terminals. No odour of gas at the flue
