Durabrand DBDVR01?

The machine has gone off. There's power to
the box and the small fuse inside the machine
but will not power up. The machine has had
approx 25 minutes use but as I've just moved to
New Zealnd I can't find anybody here who will look at
it as theres no wiring diagram. I'm looking for an online wiring diagram or anybody with the same problem.

Try changing the chopper transistor on the H.V. part of the power board, It is a MOSFET type FQPF5N60C. Antistatic precautions must be observed when handling MOFETS. While your changing this you might as well change the capacitor C232 1000uf to a 35 volt type as sugested by Mark DT.This completely cured mine so good look,

hi my DBDVR01 has stopped working, all Im getting now is when i switch on from standby, it does the useal loading thingy and then says, 'turn off power, interface error' is there anything I can do or is it gone for scrap.?

Replace capacitor C232 on power supply board with 1000uf 35volt ( not 16volt as was fitted).

Hi Peter
you and I in the same boat as regards the power supply...
mine has the same problems and what I have found out is that the power board has short circuited after the fuse there is a resister that is burnt out which inturn blows the power IC and a couple of components after that.... the only solution is to find someone to replace the power board or dump the machine.... I only used mine for a few months when this lot happened and I have not found a solution on how to fix it...
